Can you explain further? Are you doing AiBnb?While we are not an Airbnb/VRBO company, we leverage Airbnb as a marketing platform to enhance our visibility. Airbnb.com/work serves as a significant channel for attracting potential new client partnerships.

What about potential parties?We enforce a 2/3-night minimum stay to deter parties. New clients undergo a background check, and we also install front-door cameras for continuous monitoring. This ensures a vigilant 24/7 record of entries and exits to prevent any suspicious activity. We have the right to terminate their reservation immediately if rules are not followed.

Are shorter-term tenant's more risky?Regular client turnovers actually help keep the unit(s) in great condition due to frequent deep cleaning. Two-way reviews also strongly promote better guest behavior. On the other hand, dealing with a problematic long term tenant can be a significant hassle requiring time, effort, and financial investment to resolve.
